Welcome to Cardo Restaurant

It is our pleasure to present our creative cuisine prepared by our highly experienced chefs.

Named after one of the main streets of the Diocletian’s palace, Cardo restaurant will serve for you culinary delicacies enjoyed by the great emperors of the Ancient Rome. This special menu presents specially prepared food, studied from the Marcus Gavius Apicius cookbook – the only comprehensive cookbook of the Diocletian’s era.

This unique lunch experience can be followed by organized visit to see remains of Diocletian’s Aqueduct located in the underground hotel facilities. Using only the freshest and finest Mediterranean ingredients we hope you will experience our culinary traditions and the real taste of Dalmatia.

At Cardo Restaurant you can start your day with full American buffet breakfast served from 06.00 till 10.30 and also enjoy a-la-card Restaurant Menu 24/7 with private dining rooms available. Enjoy your meal.
